Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Mixed Setting Shift:
Variable Days / 6's, 8's, 32hrs per week Length:

Able to adapt quality therapy services and rehabilitation into a patient's home setting Demonstrates competency in the use of modalities and equipment in the home care setting Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication Able to prioritize patient needs to achieve attainable treatment goals Thorough knowledge of teaching/learning principles Working knowledge of interdisciplinary care coordination Operational knowledge of computerized clinical documentation and office application systems including the use of laptop/notebook computers.
Familiar with Oasis Documentation Physical Therapist Performs evaluations and develops effective resident treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of resident function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility.
